Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

2. Orders for goods are subject to these terms and conditions

3. You must be at least 18 years of age to order goods

4. We have the right to refuse to supply any goods ordered by you

5. Goods are subject to availability. If goods are not supplied we will not charge you for them and will refund any money paid.

6. We will try to deliver goods with 3-5 working days. Goods are subject to availability. Should delivery be delayed for more than 14 days we will contact you giving you the option to cancel.

7. As soon as goods have been delivered you will be responsible for them.

8. If goods arrive damaged, you must inform us within 7 days.

9. We may adjust prices due to changes in VAT or due to an error or omission. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.

At Applewoods Hydroponica we only collect the details necessary to validate credit card payments and make delivery.

We will not pass any of your details to a third party.
