Why a mobile number?

A frequent recommendation made by "safe shopping online" guides is to check that an online shop presents details such as a physical address and a landline number, as this is a good way to identify a reputable seller who will be traceable should you have any problems.
In our case, however, though we do have a physical address where goods can be collected from by appointment, we do not have a fixed "office" with someone continually standing by to answer the phone - this helps us to keep costs down and means that even if nobody is at our address at that particular moment in time, we are still able to answer your queries.  We work on a mobile basis, meaning that we can respond to phone calls and emails far more easily.  The quickest way to get in contact is by phone, and it is usually possible to arrange an appointment whenever is convenient for you.  For general enquiries, please email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Also, of course, look out for things such as the "padlock" sign before entering any card details, as this indicates that your card details will be safe and secure!  You will see this sign once you reach our checkout pages, and as payments to us are made through PayPal, you are also covered by PayPal's buyer protection and money back schemes.
